Order Cancellations and Returns

Sometimes you put a lot of thought into your invitations, however at the last minute things change and you have to cancel your order. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Please e-mail us ASAP if you need to cancel your order.

Undersatanding Returns

We are confident you will find something in our collection that will spark your interest. However, if you are not satisfied with your invitations, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you. We want you to be ecstatic about your custom invitations and we will find the right solution for you. We value you as our friend and client, therefore we will resolve your concerns on a one on one basis.

Your invitations were made just for you. They are custom made and therefore cannot be returned if you are not satisfied. We strongly encourage you to look at our website and order a sample. The sample will show you exact colours, sizes and details on the card. That way, when you open your invitation box there will be no surprises. You will receive exactly what you ordered.

Why does it look different on my monitor

We cannot accept returns of any stationary that might show differently on your monitor. Please note that there are many monitor manufactures and the monitors might display a different colour than the one you are seeing in the e-mails. The website colours may also display differently. We strive to keep the colour matching as close as possible, but there is a possibility that it may look different. In order to see the exact colour, please order an invitation sample from us.

What does it mean to you if you cancel "during" proof

As you know we place a lot of time and effort into your custom cards. Our talented team of designers/artists strive to make your invitation one of a kind. During the proofing/redesign stage you will have the opportunity to have your “proofs” revised twice free of charge. However, if you do decide to cancel, after the FINAL proofing was e-mailed to you, and it was approved by you, we will charge a cancellation fee of $75.00 to cover our designers time and efforts.

What can be done after "FINAL" aproval

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order after it has gone to print we may not be able to stop the process, therefore you will be responsible for the entire payment and no returns will be accepted. Please take the time to look over your proofs, so the experience is not disappointing.

We cannot accepts returns on any stationary that was approved by the customer. Even though we check the spelling and try catch errors and typos. With so many variations of names and their spelling, we might not recognize it as an error. It is imperative that client checks for correct spelling. Once the “proof” is approved, the cards will be printed EXACTLY as shown in the final proof.

What we will do for you

If your stationary does not match the approved “final proof” we will re-print the invitations for you free of charge. If you see any errors or typos, not previously corrected by you please let us know immediately. We will be able to re-print the invitations at a discounted rate. Please e-mail us directly and we will be able to discuss your unique situation.

If you approve the “final proof” by e-mail, we will assume that you authorized us to print the invitations exactly as shown in your e-mails. We will also assume that you have checked everything that was associated with your proof. Items such as ribbons, paper, buckles, ink etc., also fall under the proofing of the “final proof”.
